Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 burrata
  • 1 fig
  • Pistachios
  • Basil
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  2. Cut the fig into pieces and place them in an ovenproof dish with the pistachios, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes.
  3. After roasting, serve the warm figs with a burrata. Season everything with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Serve the recipe with a toast and a green salad.
