- 1 burrata
- 1 fig
- Pistachios
- Basil
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
- Cut the fig into pieces and place them in an ovenproof dish with the pistachios, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 12 to 15 minutes.
- After roasting, serve the warm figs with a burrata. Season everything with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh basil, salt, and pepper.
