OSAN contains a little honey: a natural product that we prefer over refined sugar or chemicals. Our honey is organic and comes from local producers who care about animal welfare, but this means we cannot be strictly vegan.

Yes, but in a VERY moderate way. Acacia honey, a natural sweetener used here in very small quantities, has a low glycemic index (GI of acacia honey: 35). The impact of OSAN on blood sugar, or more simply on your figure, will be almost nil and infinitely lower than that of a glass of non-alcoholic wine, a mocktail or an unpressed fruit juice.

OSAN is not a fermented and de-alcoholised beverage like alcohol-free wines or alcohol-free spirits, which still contain a small amount of alcohol. This way, OSAN can guarantee 00.00% alcohol.

We recommend serving OSAN in a large Inao type wine glass (6 glasses per bottle) at a serving temperature of approximately 12-16 degrees (cooler in summer). It's even better when you show our beautiful bottle to your guests.
